christmas in lebanonI. LOVE. PARADES.  Seriously though, who doesn't love a parade?  There's just something about them that makes me so happy.  Judging by the amount of people that come to the Carriage Parade and Festival in Lebanon every year, everyone else loves parades too.  The Lebanon Chamber of Commerce's annual Carriage Parade and Christmas Festival draws a huge crowd of people  to downtown Lebanon on the first Saturday in December every year.  This year, I intend to be part of that crowd as well.  The day starts off at 10 am with different holiday activities, including the arrival of Santa and Mrs. Claus at 10:30.  There are two parades:  the first is at 1 pm, and the second (a lighted one!) is at 7pm.  My friend who goes every year says that you can just "feel" the excitement.  It sounds like a magical time.  I hope to see you there!
