Mason IT Business Honored for Fostering Positive Corporate Culture

Afidence, Inc was recently honored for its positive corporate cultures, earning the Mason business an inaugural “Perfect 10 Certified Culture” designation.
The award was given by corporate culture expert Lynne Ruhl, president of Perfect 10 Corporate Cultures of Fairfield, at a ceremony at Afidence.
Afidence partners Bryan and Barbara Hogan were honored for “intentionally implementing corporate cultures within their organization that establishes a foundation of respect, trust and healthy confrontation.”
“This organization was a joy to audit,” said Ruhl of Afidence. “The corporate culture they have created at Afidence will positively impact the customer experience and the Afidence bottom line. Bryan and Barbara recognize that their success is directly connected to the quality experience and support their customers receive through their exceptional employees.”
Perfect 10 performs corporate “cultural audits” to help management recognize areas of commendation and concern in their corporate cultures, then works with management and employees to develop an atmosphere of respect and trust within the organization.
Founded in January of last year, Afidence is celebrating an upswing in growth, said Barbara Hogan. The business saw a 40 percent growth in the fourth quarter of 2010 and another 40 percent growth in the second quarter of 2011.
