Bob Balogh is a senior director of sales alliances at Paycor, Inc. Paycor provides small and medium-sized companies with intuitive, cloud-based onboarding, HR, payroll and timekeeping software. His responsibilities include managing and creating sales distribution channels through the development of partnerships. He has spent his entire career in sales, business development and leadership roles for various companies.
Prior to Paycor, Bob spent 11 years in sales leadership roles at Vantiv, Inc. which is a payment processing company based in Cincinnati, OH. Before Vantiv, he spent 11 years as vice president of a family owned business in Miami, FL that distributed tires to Central America, South America and the Caribbean. Directly out of college Bob completed the management training program at Fifth Third Bank.
Bob has a bachelor of business administration degree from Ohio University. He currently volunteers time at Ohio University as a board member of the Ralph and Luci Schey Sales Centre which offers students certificates in sales education in addition to their major. While a student at Ohio University, Bob was part of a team that founded and created the First Ohio Student Federal Credit Union, which was a student run financial institution for Ohio University students.
Bob lives in Cincinnati with his wife and two children.
