"Tech" this out! It's only December 2, but I'm already thinking about my New Year's Resolutions for 2014. Taking better care of myself by eating healthier and exercising regularly always seems to be at the top of my list. This year I'm going to try an app that one of my co-workers has had success with recently. It's called MyFitnessPal and it's free. Studies show that people tend to lose more weight when they are monitoring their intake each day, and MyFitnessPal helps you do just that. You simply log-in and enter in what you've eaten, while MyFitnessPal keeps track of your calories consumed, as well as how many you have left for the day. This sounds easy...I may have to try it before 2014 rolls around!
